Zoran Sugarevski
Zoran Sugarevski is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at 天美传媒 National University (ANU), leading the university's IT operations and providing strategic direction and oversight for all technology-related services, including playing an integral role in implementing the ANU Digital Plan. He is responsible for the Information Technology Services, the Information Security Office, and the Communications and Digital Infrastructure, ensuring effective planning, coordination and delivery of these systems and services across the university.
The CIO is part of the university's leadership group and works closely with them to align technology strategies with the broader objectives of the institution, ensuring IT services contribute to enhancing the student experience, research capabilities and overall operational efficiency at ANU.
Zoran joins us from Griffith University, where he was CIO and is a dedicated digital leader with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in digital strategy, information technology, and transformation within the higher
education sector. He brings a strong track record of delivering large-scale digital initiatives
that enhance institutional capability, improve user experience, and align technology with
strategic priorities.
An active contributor to the sector, Zoran has helped formulate digital strategies and
services through leadership roles with the Victorian Directors of IT, the Queensland
University Directors of Information Technology,
